Never-before-seen video of the shooting of Oscar Grant by former BART Police Officer Johannes Mehserle taken by bystander Tommy Cross and introduced into evidence in Mehserle's murder trial. The video has been enhanced by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office.
Mehserle can be seen drawing his gun starting around 00:32, and the shooting itself happens right at the end of the clip.
